My stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya was quite memorable! The staff made us feel very welcome, especially Erasmo from the beach service who really went above and beyond. The food was great despite some restaurants being closed due to low occupancy. On the downside, we were unable to stay on the Heaven side and some amenities were limited. Overall, it was a safe and relaxing experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya! The facilities were fantastic with plenty of activities for the kids, and the service was exceptional, making us feel welcome throughout our trip. The dining options were diverse, and the food was top-notch. However, the location might require some walking for specific activities, and the transportation to the golf course could be better.
