My stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya was quite memorable! The staff made us feel very welcome, especially Erasmo from the beach service who really went above and beyond. The food was great despite some restaurants being closed due to low occupancy. On the downside, we were unable to stay on the Heaven side and some amenities were limited. Overall, it was a safe and relaxing experience.
